Speech-Language Pathologist Full Time - Center for Extended Care at Amherst

The Center for Extended Care at Amherst is seeking a Full Time Licensed Speech Therapist to join our Rehab department.  Candidate is preferred with experience in a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care setting to provide assessments, evaluations and clinical functions for speech, language and swallowing difficulties.  Candidate must be comfortable identifying goals and carrying out individualized treatment plans for differing functional needs.  Expectation will be to work with both Short Term Rehab and Long Term residents to assist with increasing and maintaining optimal, individual function.

This is a 40 hour per week position with possibility of flexible hours of work.
