About the Job
A Skilled Nursing Facility located in Bryn Mawr, PA has an immediate need for a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Position Type: Contract/ Temp (13 Weeks)
Location: Bryn Mawr, PA
Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Speech-Language Pathologist provides comprehensive speech therapy evaluations as per MD orders.
• SLP / ST Provides a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration and treatment modalities, therapeutic interventions, and clinical and technical guidelines.
• Ensures MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• SLP / ST provides comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities, modifying patient treatment as indicated, and adhering to precautions.
• Speech-Language Pathologist completes all documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited university with an MA, or M.S. in communication disorders that is recognized by ASHA and state board
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)
• Successful completion of CFY
