Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy to pediatric clients in their homes and schools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each child.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive and effective therapy.
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language therapy and neurodiversity-affirming practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certification through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and FL state licensure required.
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience preferred.
- Demonstrate an understanding and implementation of neurodiversity-affirming practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a flexible schedule effectively.
