LOCATION
The Technology Integrations Specialist is responsible for ensuring that new office environments are equipped with the necessary technology and support for staff to operate efficiently. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve successful technology integration. The Specialist's contributions are vital to maintaining operational continuity and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the organization's technology infrastructure. focusing on system analysis, troubleshooting, integration, and support for internal processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze and identify comprehensive technology needs that align with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategic technology integration plans to enhance efficiency and productivity across departments.
- Provide hands-on training and continuous support to staff on new technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of technology solutions, utilizing data-driven insights for improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage technology procurement processes, ensuring best practices and favorable terms.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and security standards to protect organizational data and resources.
- Conduct thorough site evaluations and readiness assessments to prepare for successful Go Live implementations.
- Document integration processes and create comprehensive user manuals to facilitate ease of use and training.
- Perform regular technology audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Stay informed on the latest technological trends and advancements, leveraging new knowledge to drive innovation.
- Manage the setup and provisioning of equipment for new office locations, ensuring a functional and efficient work environment.
- Install and configure essential software, including Windows operating systems, antivirus solutions, and drive encryption.
- Coordinate the effective setup and relocation of office spaces and cubicles to optimize workspace utilization.
- Uphold and implement company policies, procedures, and standards related to data security, hacking prevention, and protection of personal information.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle job-related stress while fostering positive interactions with colleagues and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all situations.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in technology integration, IT support, or a related field.
- A+ Certification and ITIL Foundations Certification are preferred.
