The Product Education team is a seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and imaginative Multimedia Production Specialist to help develop engaging and refined training resources for our store teams. In this role, you will lead the monthly filming efforts at our corporate office, manage the post-production process from beginning to end, and facilitate ongoing webinars with key vendors. Success in this position will rely on your creativity, technical expertise, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:The Multimedia Production Specialists primary responsibilities include:
Monthly Filming at Corporate Office
- Plan and organize monthly video shoots at the corporate office, ensuring all logistics (schedule, equipment, locations) are in place.
- Direct and operate the camera during shoots, helping on-camera talent feel prepped and comfortable.
- Collaborate with our Managing Editor, vendors, and internal teams to develop creative concepts and produce engaging educational videos that align with company objectives.
Design and Post-Production of Educational Videos
- Edit and color grade raw footage, ensuring high-quality visuals while adding sound design and animations to create a polished final product.
- Design dynamic motion graphics that help explain complex topics in a simple, engaging way while staying true to our brand’s identity.
- Manage the post-production process from start to finish, coordinating edits, reviews, and approvals to ensure the final video meets all expectations.
Facilitate Educational Webinars with Key Vendors
- Be the go-to person for organizing and running educational webinars with our vendors.
- Work closely with vendors to develop agendas, provide feedback on presentations, and offer insight on effective delivery to our audience.
- Manage the event to ensure seamless delivery, including handling live Q&A, troubleshooting any issues, and engaging participants.
Studio and Equipment Management
- Oversee the organization of our studio space and all related equipment. You’ll be the point person if anything needs maintenance or troubleshooting.
- Ensure that cameras, microphones, lighting, and other production tools are regularly tested and well-maintained.
- Manage inventory of equipment, samples, props, and supplies.
This role involves up to 10% travel for on-location filming projects and company-wide meetings.
The Multimedia Production Specialist must be proficient in the following software:
- Adobe Suite, including Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Mac Operating Systems
