What You’ll Be Doing:- Sales expertise: Functions as the subject matter expert in the areas of sales trends, turn, and subclass needs by store for assigned classes
- Risk analysis: Partners with Allocation and Assortment teams to identify, analyze, and direct change for risks and opportunities by store and classification
- New store planning: Partners with the New Store Team to develop pre/in-season location plans for new and relocating store assortment plans
- Opportunity identification: Identifies and acts upon sales and inventory opportunities that impact the business (i.e., door reductions/expansions by subclass, regional/climate opportunities and seasonal opportunities)
- Resource mazimization: Maximizes available cross-functional resources and partnerships, including allocation managers and specialists, assortment planners, business planners and buyers to ensure store and class plans reflect the department vision
- Collaboraative partnership: Effectively partners and collaborates with other Location Planning Specialists to best meet objectives and deadlines
- Process improvement: Makes recommendations to improve and evolve Location Planning processes where necessary

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- 2+ years previous retail planning experience preferred
- Previous merchandising experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills preferred
