A typical day might include:
Respond to global card product requests.
Run the shared corporate card email inbox(s)/site.
Answer policy questions or card inquiries.
Handle security issues (fraud, lost/stolen activity/compromised accounts).
Act as the companys liaison in the above to facilitate problem resolution.
Triage escalations to program manager & leadership.
Report on program metrics, monthly audit of card maintenance and expense audit
Provide end-user training on card responsibilities and expense reconciliation
Able to work independently and have excellent time management skills with an aptitude for prioritizing and multi-tasking
Handle inquiries/process of card application procedures, expectations, and card delivery information.
Review card application signatures hierarchy/validation; setup signature workflow for digital signatures if needed, maintain card application files.
Complete card issuance/closure, expedited delivery requests.
Assist with card maintenance (card account edits name change, card profile updates)
Resolve card declines and card issues.
Manage account controls (overrides, temporary limit adjustments)
Fulfill meeting card funding requests, virtual card detail requests, and meeting card reporting/closure processes.
PCard/Meeting Card - Concur statement report audit reviews for policy compliance
Prior experience in administering a credit card program; preferably global in scope
This role may be for you if you have:
Associates or Bachelors Degree: Required
Corporate Card Administration: Three years experience with administering a corporate card program is required.
Experience with Concur: One year of prior experience with Concur Expense Management
Understanding of Financial Principles: Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Specifically Excel, for handling spreadsheets, data analysis, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and report generation.
Experience with CVENT: Preferred but not required.
Experience with Adobe Sign: Preferred but not required.
Soft Skills
Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review expense submissions for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees and address their queries.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to identify discrepancies or issues in expense reports and resolve them promptly.
We also need someone with the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality while working effectively within a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Salary Range (annually)
$70,700.00 - $115,100.00
