PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $27-$ 28.72 per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Job Description:
- The Specialist reports directly to the Senior Communications Manager. The primary duties include routing incoming communications from sales and customers to the appropriate technician for problem resolution.
- The incoming communications will be related to a new pharmaceutical e-commerce platform. Additional duties may include logging metrics and communicating problem resolutions back to sales and customers..
- Demonstrates a basic understanding of communication media and best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interpret and act using analytic skills
- Attention to detail and timelines
- Can manage multiple workstreams at one time
