As a Program Assistant you will:
This is a Part Time 2-3 month position. 27 hours per week
The schedule is Monday-Thursday 8am-230pm
Pay for this position is $16.50 per hour.

Volt is immediately hiring a Program Assistant for a local leading organization in Albuquerque, NM
As a Program Assistant you will:
- Preparing Clothing Bank referral packages for students to be delivered across the district.
- Assist with coordinating operations in the Clothing Bank Fulfillment Center.
- Assisting with deliveries and picking up donations from donation bins, community organizations, etc. around the city.
- Offers a supportive work environment and work experience targeted and supervised to provide hands-on learning within a warehouse setting whose purpose is to provide basic needs to students in need.
- Develops customer service, critical thinking, decision-making, inventory management, data entry and other skills.
- Provides experience to develop interpersonal skills through working with other staff and stakeholders including school staff, donors and volunteers.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work with students with disabilities/special needs, community volunteers, school staff and donors.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, reach over your head, walk, and stand for long periods of time.
- Perform all job duties with reasonable accommodation
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility organization, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects.
- Ability to coordinate work with others. Ability to work independently.
