Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-timeSpecial Investigations Unit (SIU) Team Lead(REMOTE) to join our team. An SIU Team Lead oversees a team of SIU coordinators, schedules, coordinates, prepares, and monitors the assignments of our field investigators. The position reviews and/or edits written reports and recordings to ensure quality and accuracy. The Team Lead updates and communicates with clients, creates invoices, monitors costs, and cross-sells other services to clients when opportunities arise. This position will train new Coordinators and communicate with other departments including sales and operations managers to provide updates to files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of SIU coordinators - schedule, coordinate, prepare, and monitor the assignments of our field investigators. Documenting findings and drafting summary reports.
- Review and/or edit written reports and recordings to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Communicate with clients, create invoices, monitor costs, and cross-sell other services to clients when opportunities arise.
- Train new coordinators and communicate with other departments including sales and operations managers to provide updates to files.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies or related field (preferred)
- Experience: 2+ years' experience in managing, investigating, or adjusting liability, property casualty, disability, or workers compensation claims
- Skills: Attention to Detail, Quick-Thinking, Research, Leadership
- Bonus: Fluent in Spanish and English
