Special Education Teacher - IEP Therapy

Therapist owned and operated, IEP Therapy is currently looking for a Special Education Teacher in the Plainfield, IL area to join our team.  We currently have the following position available for the 2024-2025 school year:

FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE:

• Special Education Teacher for a public school district. Caseload TBD.

Special Education Teacher Responsibilities:

• Lesson planning for students with IEP goals
• Design instructional and intervention strategies for students
• Collaborate with the Special Education team
• Conduct and attend IEP meetings
• Attend multidisciplinary team and case conference meetings
• Support district as needed

Special Education Teacher Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education
• Department of Education License with a Special Education endorsement
