QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES AT A GLANCE:

Appropriate NJ Department of Education Certification
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
Demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills and the ability to motivate and instruct students
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of effective instructional strategies
Demonstrate knowledge of classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning.
Collaborate with other awesome professionals like yourself
Monitor and document student progress
