About the Job
The mission of our program is to provide our students with a high quality of education that offers instruction in both the academic and social/emotional realms. The purpose of the academy is to provide students with social/emotional/behavioral issues with a state-of-the-art therapeutic day program. Through hands-on instructional experiences, as well as a therapeutic approach in art, music, and movement, the program is designed to meet all of the needs of this diverse student population.
Duties:
Act as the first point of contact for parents and visitors
Assist the program director in placing orders with vendors, scheduling, attendance, communication, and all other tasks as needed
Organize and prepare meetings, taking notes as needed
Provide reports as requested
Maintain an efficient and organized office as the central point of contact
Qualifications:
Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
Strong organizational/interpersonal skills
Strong secretarial/communication skills
Efficient self-starter/able to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to handle the demands of a busy office
A positive and welcoming demeanor is a must
