Job Details
- Collaborate with families and Special Education teams to create 504 and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide differentiated instruction through various modalities such as pull-out, push-in, small group, and one-on-one sessions.
- Work closely with general education teachers and school leaders to ensure compliance with IEP requirements.
- Develop a safe and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel empowered.
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and inform instruction.
- Engage in weekly school-wide meetings to foster a strong school culture.
- Partner with grade-level teams to set and achieve academic goals.
