ZSN Systems and Solutions are looking for an experienced Paraprofessional who is bilingual and has experience with disrespectful/disruptive behavior,this is a fulltime position to join our team in Yorkville, IL, for the current school year of 2024-25.

Job Description for Paraprofessional

• Paraprofessional needed at Yorkville, IL.
• Age Group: Elementary /Middle School/ Higher
• Start: Asap
• End date: June 2025
• Total hours: 32-35 hours per week (will include 30-minute unpaid lunch)

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Assist students with assignments and provide individualized support as needed.
• Implement lesson plans and educational activities to support student learning.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and students to facilitate a collaborative learning environment.
• Utilize classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and student engagement.
• Support students with special needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
