Volt is immediately hiring a Remote Logistics Analyst in Sacramento, California with a well-known industry leader.
This is a first shift position.
As a Logistics Analyst will:
- Investigate order status, deal with complaints and shipment discrepancies.
- Looking for someone willing to problem solve and investigate.
- Execute export processes and transactions
- Assist in resolving export discrepancies
- Proactively monitor export orders
- Respond to export order inquiries
- Invoicing
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with active listening.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
- Familiarity with shipping methods, freight forwarding, and tracking shipment through the export process.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise druing the export process.
- Ability to collaborate and work with internal departments like logistics and compliance to ensure smooth export processes.
- 4 year degree in Business, Supply Chain, simliar.
