Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the car wash facility.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Manage and motivate staff to meet sales targets, conversion rates and operational goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in car wash procedures and customer service.
- Promote positive Google reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
- Assist in financial tasks such as handling transactions, preparing deposits, and managing budgeting processes.
- Implement marketing and promotional campaigns under the guidance of the Manager.
- Conduct regular inspections of the car wash facility to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the car wash, retail, or service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good understanding of business management and operational procedures.
- Basic financial acumen, including budgeting and cash handling.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
