Job Summary
Join our team as a Spa Wellness Specialist at the exclusive Delta One Lounge in JFK Airport, where you will provide top-tier relaxation and rejuvenation services to luxury travelers. This role is perfect for NY state-licensed Massage Therapists or Estheticians passionate about delivering exceptional spa treatments in a high-end environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Perform spa treatments with exceptional care and attention, adhering to the highest standards of service.
+ Ensure each guest receives a customized experience based on their needs and preferences.
+ Maintain a calm and soothing environment that promotes relaxation and well-being.
+ Follow health and safety protocols, including proper sanitization and hygiene practices between treatments.
+ Keep treatment areas organized, clean, and well-stocked.
+ Stay on schedule to ensure timely service for all guests.
+ Perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
+ NY state license in Massage Therapy or Esthetics.
+ Strong communication and customer service skills.
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with spa treatments.
+ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
