Responsible to perform massage therapy and other body services techniques to guests to ensure profitability, quality standards and services, and guest satisfaction.
- Perform massage and body treatments to standard of spa protocol.
- Perform treatments to designed standards on a timely basis and provide superior guest services.
- Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials.
- Maintain towel, linen, and supplies.
- Assist customers with questions and sell goods and products to meet retail sales goal.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of therapy concepts, techniques, and assessment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
- Minimum of two years related experience in a spa or resort environment preferred.
- High school education or equivalent. Technical school certification required.
- State and county license required.
