To complete the floorplan reconciliation process, reconcile any differences between the lender and GL and identify any possible Against AN Cash policy items.
Who would I interact with?
Stores, BOS VOPs team, BOS ACH Banking team
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
• Prepare, research, channel, and resolve outstanding Floorplan reconciliation items
• Manage workflow in automated reconciliation tool, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Partner with supervisor on escalated issues from stores and/or other BOS departments within work queue
• Achieve working knowledge of systems supporting reconciliations department: reconciliation tool, lender websites, CDK
• Report all SOX or compliance issues immediately to manager
• Interact with stores and other BOS department to ensure that reconciling items are fully resolved
• Assist with projects and other department functions per the business need
What are the requirements for this job?
• Consistently remain under a 2% error rate
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Team player
• Experience doing heavy reconciliation work
• Analytical, problem solver, and able to multitask
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
• Understand basic accounting principles and logic
• Working knowledge of MS office software – MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Office.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience handling high volume of paperwork in multiple computer database systems
• Have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
• Communicate effectively with customer base
• Ability to work independently and as a team member in a deadline-driven environment
• Produce high- quality work while under deadline pressure
