What will you do?
Business Development:
- Proactively identify and build relationships with new hiring managers and decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to open doors to new departments and functions, expanding account penetration.
- Schedule and lead meetings with prospective stakeholders to showcase our staffing solutions and establish credibility.
- Actively seek out and cultivate untapped opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing hiring managers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and alignment with staffing needs.
- Provide tailored workforce solutions and continuously demonstrate the value of our partnership.
Organizational Mapping:
- Conduct in-depth research to understand the structure and key players within client organizations.
- Develop detailed organizational charts to identify decision-makers and uncover potential opportunities.
- Leverage insights to develop targeted strategies for relationship-building and service delivery.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates aligned with client needs.
- Share market insights, hiring trends, and talent acquisition strategies with clients and internal teams.
- Communicate progress and account developments regularly to leadership and clients.
- 2 4 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within the IT staffing industry.
- Strong business development skills, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate new relationships and drive growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of organizational structures and decision-making processes.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
