Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, market research, and targeted outreach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insulation and construction sectors.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting through CRM tools.
- Track and report on key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure sustained growth.
- Manage designated territories effectively to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally within the insulation, construction, or building materials industry.
- Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or related field preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
- Must have a “Hunter-Mindset” with a relentless focus on new business development.
- Demonstrated ability in pipeline management and lead generation.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficient in using CRM tools for sales pipeline management and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% by air and vehicle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
