Crumbl Cookie is the most exciting and attractive bakery in the country and is known for its decadent and incredible deserts. Each week, we rotate a selection of amazing dessert options, ranging from classic chocolate chip to creative concoctions like birthday cake and raspberry cheesecake. Our deserts are renowned for their soft, gooey centers and generous portions, making them a beloved treat for cookie and sweets enthusiasts everywhere. As a shift leader, you will play an integral part in creating memorable experiences for our customers and a thriving, fun, and performance driven environment for our employees!

Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure each baker is performing and thriving during their shift
• Guide the team in delivering on the 3 Cs (Customer Service, Cleanliness, Cookie Quality)
• Station map the team, lead the shift by coaching, supporting, and driving the pace to meet the store's daily goals
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
• Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
• Handle cash transactions and perform cash register reconciliation at the end of each night
• Assist with dessert preparation and ensure dessert quality and presentation standards are excellent
• Stay current and up to date on all Crumbl training material and content and teach the team daily
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and guide the team to execute on their daily cleaning duties

Qualifications and Expectations

• Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Friday and Saturday are required working days for shift leads
