South Asian Technical Customer Support Consultant - US Tech Solutions, Inc.

Job Description:

• The role will be responsible for fielding internal inquiries from support teams and sales teams, including technical and operations consults regarding vehicle ads merchants.
• You will also directly support third-party partners and Merchants who are trying to integrate or utilize Shopping features.
• Work Schedule: 12:00 PM PST to 8:00 PM PST (Coverage for morning time in Japan)

Responsibilities:

• Support partners in integrating their data and platforms.
• Ad hoc reporting requests/SQL queries.
• Provide high touch technical support.
• Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests from partnership teams.

Experience:

• Initial triage of bug reports
• Data quality status responses
• Store feed allowlisting (config)

Skills:

• Japanese language is nice to have
• Customer Service
• Troubleshooting data feed issues
• Project / Program Management - intermediate
• Familiarity with gMail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Meet
• Familiarity with eCommerce and Ads strongly preferred but not required

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
