Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand continuously for an entire shift and move within the restaurant
- Fluent in English
- Communicates clearly and concisely with both guests and team members
- Able to manage and train line cooks, dishwashers, and server assistants
- Able to prioritize, organize and follow-up
- Able to work the line; all stations, including expo
- Able to learn and maintain advanced food and menu knowledge

Physical Demands
Required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces
