We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support our dynamic culinary operations. This key leadership role offers an opportunity to contribute to our elevated menu, oversee kitchen efficiency, and maintain the highest standards in food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and upholding menu excellence.
- Managing inventory to maximize cost efficiency while maintaining product quality.
- Supervising and assisting in the development of a high-performing kitchen team.
- Ensuring consistent, top-tier food quality that enhances the guest dining experience.
- Upholding food safety, sanitation, and allergen awareness standards.
