Requirements

▪ 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
▪ Culinary degree or equivalent experience
▪ Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and nutritional guidelines in the senior living industry
▪ Proficiency in kitchen management software and Microsoft Office Suite
▪ Sanitation Certified required as well as good working knowledge of health and safety procedures.
▪ Working knowledge of current food trends and special dietary requirements.
▪ Passion for high-quality food service
▪ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
▪ Ability to communicate at all levels
