We have a unique bulk production position in a high-volume breakfast and lunch-driven cafe serving made-from-scratch Southern cuisine.
We recently expanded, doubling our size to accommodate our loyal customer base, and are looking for a creative, dedicated leader to bring our hard-working staff to new heights and maintain our great service and quality-focused standards.
We're seeking an individual who wants to grow their career within a like-minded company!
This is a hands-on position with growth potential for the right forward-thinking chef who is a team player.
HACCP certification and a minimum of 5 years of work experience with most cuisines is required.
The right candidate will also possess management skills.

Responsibilities include:
- Morning line setup, production, managing inventory and production prep lists, large batch cooking (up to 100 gallons of product a day), and leading a team of 3-5 staff daily.
Schedule:
- We are open seven days a week.
- Hours are 6-5 daily.
- This position is 5 days a week and there's overtime pay.
Annual Salary:
- 50,000 with paid vacation, and more benefits for the right candidate.
