Qualifications
2+ years in a leadership/supervisory culinary role
Must have impeccable integrity for the business, the community and the Proof of the Pudding Team.
Possess the necessary qualities of self- motivation, desire to learn, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, demanding, collaborative environment
Familiarity with multiple service styles including plated events, buffets, and stations.
A passion for providing innovative and creative culinary experiences.
Experience executing multiple BEOs simultaneously.
Must live near or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA area.
Specialized Qualifications:
Proven experience building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Excellent listening and communication skills
Proven time management and delegation abilities
Capable of producing a consistent product in high volume for multiple service times per day
Proven leadership ability with the ability to give clear directions to the culinary team and other departments.

Work Environment
This position will work out of Proof’s corporate office located in West Midtown but can travel to events across the Greater Atlanta Area. The Sous Chef will be in and out of kitchens and event venues with shifts having long periods moving equipment and/or food product across various surfaces. This role will also be in and out of freezers and coolers and utilizing typical kitchen equipment.
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Prolonged periods of moving throughout a kitchen and venue, bending, lifting, and reaching.
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 40 lbs.
Position Salary & Benefits:
This is considered a full-time salary role.
