Job Title: Kitchen Manager
Job Summary: Works closely with the Executive Chef to plan and direct food preparation in kitchens. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in menu planning and food preparation.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor kitchen personnel.
- Monitor food quality and presentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a kitchen management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
