Our Sous Chef alongside our Executive Chef is responsible for preparing great food for our residents, staff, and guests. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef with inventory and ordering, as well as supervising hourly food service associates. Our Sous Chef is responsible for following approved recipes for menu development and production standards. Enables a high quality kitchen through excellent leadership. Our ideal candidate is well acquainted with working in a fast-paced environment, possess organization and time management skills, and is knowledgeable of food preparation and handling techniques.

Salary: $55,000
Schedule: Full Time Open Availability (Rotating Weekends)

- 2 years cooking experience preferred
