Job Description: The Sous Chef works closely with the Owner/Chef of our Company to maintain food quality and safety standards, overseeing and teaching all phases of food production and customer service, including, food preparation, recipe adherence, plate presentation, and service and production time standards. Our Sous Chef is the heart of our kitchens and must get along well with everyone with respect and patience to exceed Company standards and achieve operational goals and plans.
