About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in working order.
- Assist in menu development and recipe testing.
- Work with the head chef to ensure quality control of all dishes served.
- Monitor food costs and adjust recipes as needed.
