About the Job
We are looking for a Sous Chef to prepare delicious meals according to our menu. Must be able to follow instructions, able to multi-task, work weekends and holidays, and must have reliable transportation.

- Cook food with various utensils.
- Ensure a great presentation by dressing dishes.
- Keep a sanitized and orderly workstation.
- Check the quality of the ingredients.
- Monitor stock, rotate, and place orders when needed.
- Work under pressure for high-volume parties and catering events.
- Being creative in planning dinner features.
- Work hand in hand with the Chef in daily tasks, inventories, making soups and prepĀ
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook up to 3-5 years.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, sauteing, baking & pasta, etc).
- Ability to work in a team.
