Wanted-
Experienced Sous Chef to join the Burger And Sushi House of Geneva team. Must have 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef and a minimum 5-7 years in a kitchen. Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish. Culinary school preferred, but not necessary.
The Sous Chef we are looking for will be professional, enthusiastic, and passionate about cooking.
Will answer directly to the Executive Chef.
Work nights, weekends, and holidays.
The Sous Chef position is a salaried position with PTO, and structured bonus plan, insurance, and 401K.
The Sous Chef will be responsible for prepping, cooking, training, expoditing, ordering and inventory, as well as menu and specials development in conjunction with the Executive Chef.
