Schedule & Compensation
- Full Time, 40 hours weekly
- Enjoy every other weekend & every other holiday off
- Starting at $28.00/hour
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in all meals.
- Contribute to menu planning and development, incorporating fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, adhering to all health regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to create special event menus and ensure a delightful dining experience for residents.
- Two (2)+ years’ experience as a Sous Chef or other kitchen leadership position.
- High school diploma or GED equivalency.
- ServSafe certification.
- Montgomery County Food Manager’s Certificate or willing to obtain.
