Our trusted client is looking for a passionate and growth-oriented Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our Culinary Team and Hospitality Family! We are seeking an individual to help lead and develop kitchen operations. This leader will manage the team to achieve employee retention, sales growth, profitability and exceptional quality products.

REQUIREMENTS
• Desire and drive to lead and manage people.
• ServSafe certified for both Chicago and Illinois
• Culinary/Hospitality Degree preferred but not necessary
• At least 2 years of full-service kitchen experience (management not required)
• Organizational Skills and Cleanliness are a must • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, etc
Full Time Salary $80,000 + Bonus Potential $10,000 a year +, unlimited % based. Heatlh & Retirement Benefits, Paid Vacation
