Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation.

Oversee kitchen staff and ensure high standards of food quality.

Maintain inventory and manage food costs effectively.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance skills.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Passion for made-from-scratch food and craft beer.
