We are currently hiring a full-time Sous Chef
In this role, you will be responsible forselecting, scheduling, training, supervising, managing and, if necessary, firing kitchen staff, assigning detail specific duties to kitchen staff, creating and implementing new menus and individual menu items, based on current food trends and regional tastes, and auditing food storeroom items and storage to maintain constant quality products.
The right candidate will have three or more years of experience in culinary management, or lead role position and experience working in a high volume, fine dining restaurant. A culinary degree is preferred.
