Job Summary






Working as a Sous Chef for a best-in-class corporate dining account at 200 Clarendon St., you will be responsible for supporting the successful culinary operations of a cafe (serving breakfast and lunch) and catering services.





This position offers a desireable Monday through Friday daytime schedule (shifts generally occur between 6am-4pm, occasional evenings required)- no holidays or weekends!





Key Responsibilities:



+ Create unforgettable culinary experiences for our clients and guests


+ Support costs and controls expenditures for the account


+ Plans and creates menus


+ Menu creation and execution for catered events






Preferred Qualifications:



+ 3-5 years of culinary experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or luxury F&B.


+ Knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation


+ Outstanding hospitality skills


+ High volume, complex foodservice operations experience - highly desirable.


+ A desire to grow and develop with our company!


+ ServSafe Certification, a plus
