About the Job
The Sourcing Specialist works closely with the business professional recruiting team to identify and execute strategies for sourcing and screening qualified candidate pools and pipelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Use a variety of tools, including extensive use of LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify potential candidates for job openings
- Develop and regularly engage with candidate pipelines for recurring roles
- Conduct screening interviews to thoroughly assess fit
- Serve as a subject matter expert in LinkedIn Recruiter and other applicant and sourcing tools
- Track sourcing projects and metrics using Smartsheet
- Provide regular reports to Talent Acquisition leadership using LinkedIn Recruiter, Smartsheet, Excel, and the ATS
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of two years of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition sourcer, or other recruiting-focused role.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
- Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
Preferred:
- ICIMS and/or Workday experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
