Your Impact + Opportunity
Our Human Resources team is looking for an entry-level Sourcing recruiter to join our talented staff. Our organizational growth has led us to seek an energetic, self-motivated, and sales-like individual to assist in the full cycle recruiting process. The Recruiter identifies future hiring needs, designs job descriptions, sources for candidates through databases and social media, conducts interviews, files paperwork, and keeps up to date with employment law and legislation. This role requires a keen eye for sourcing strategies, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates through online databases, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting team to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate candidate profiles and conduct initial assessments to determine qualifications and fit.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and updated candidate records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Supports HR team with various projects as needed.
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Experience: Zero (0) to Two (2) years’ experience.
- Strong computer, communication, and organization skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn.
- General knowledge of various Human Resources practices and regulations.
- Working knowledge of relevant social media platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Clear understanding of confidentiality and ethical practice.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
