Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and complete requests for additions or changes to the supplier database to ensure timely and appropriate activations, de-activations, and changes
• Provide follow up and technical assistance to external suppliers and internal users
• Review supplier database to ensure data integrity and compliance including updated certificates of insurances and contracts
• Implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy across multiple systems
• Develop reporting to present metrics to management
• Manage projects as needed under the direction of Manager
Qualifications Mandatory:
• High school diploma
• Excellent data entry and quality assurance skills
• Follows detailed instructions
• Maintains confidentiality
• Excellent writing and grammar skills, ability to write concisely, clearly, and logically
• Ability to hear and answer questions perceptively
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
Qualifications Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years Supplier Management experience
• Experience supporting programs related to change management initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
