Sourcing Analyst

Support product launches and daily operations, analyze data for sourcing decisions, manage RFQ processes, and assist with vendor management for the Global Vendor Management team.

Responsibilities

• Category/Commodity Management:

  • Analyze vendor quotes for new business
  • Follow up on RFQ processes
  • Track raw material adjustments and update systems
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Develop and validate target costs for new products
  • Maintain and extract data from business systems
  • Analyze cost increase requests
  • Report from RFQ database
  • Create and maintain business-related documents

• Sourcing Execution & Vendor Engagement:

  • Assist with vendor setup and onboarding
  • Maintain vendor profiles and capabilities
  • Participate in vendor relationships and discussions
  • Understand vendor capabilities and engage cross-functional teams
  • Track vendor performance and manage follow-up actions

Requirements

• Must Have:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Data analysis and recommendation skills
  • Cross-collaboration skills

• Nice to Have:

  • SAP experience

• Additional:

  • Bachelor s degree or substantial relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and cost analysis
  • Experience in sourcing and vendor management
  • Willing to learn and ask questions
  • 40 hours per week, hybrid role with 1-2 office days
