NTT DATA Europe & Latam, Branch in USA, Inc. seeks Solutions Project Leads in Boston, MA.

• Responsible to facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings. Remove roadblocks/obstacles to help ensure execution of deliverables
• Coach and mentor agile team members on agile standards and best practices
• Problem-solve by focusing on scrum values.
• Ensure the correct use of scrum process.
• Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
• Implement changes to help team continuously improve their process by reviewing their work and providing feedback and steps to increase the team's productivity
• Collaborate with and mentor Scrum team to install Agile values and principles and improve efficiency of methodology.
• Exercising responsibility for the team, their technical implementations, and ensuring that it is consistent with the software architecture. Leading team members in developing according to the project requirements.
• Interacting with technical representatives of client teams to resolve open issues. Support and educate client especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

Position will supervise 15 peers positions of Engineer, Lead Engineer, Lead Analyst, Technical Manager Lead Architect.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields plus 8 years of experience. Requires 7 years of experience with MS Office. Requires 5 years of

experience with each of the following: Java; HTML; Banksphere Platform; Scrum Master.
