Job Title: Solutions Design Engineer ASR SME

We are looking for a uniquely skilled resource to assist us with a release of one of our major Access Service Request (ASR) projects. Looking to onboard ASAP.
1. ASR SME
a. ASR interfaces - requirements, forms, type etc.
i. ASR form
ii. Transport layer form
iii. EUSA (end user special access)
iv. EVC form
b. End to end provisioning process of a Circuit (Order, Design, Provision/Install, Testing, Turn up)
c. Industry specific best practices - Solution/Recommendations aligned with current and future ASR standards
2. Team player
a. Ability to drive the integration/interface solution
3. WSDL Modelling experience
a. Ability to model WSDL using best practices for extensibility model WSDL to make it future proof to accommodate upcoming versions of ASOG.
4. Expertise in defining Solution and integration architecture for managing Wholesale order integration processes, milestones and notifications.
a. Integration would encompass notifications like Order Acknowledgement, FOC, DLR, C/NR and other SUPP/JEOP and Completion Notifications directly from our Service Delivery systems to VFO to cut down the processing time.
b. Presentation and documentation using standard MS office tools PPT, Visio etc., to describe/present integration architecture, data flows, applicable use cases such like New orders, Supps (and order versioning), Change Orders, Moves, Disconnects.
5. Expertise in defining data mapping and data flows
a. Bi directional data mapping between systems - Synchronoss Gateway, Comcast services platforms and other backend Wholesale OM systems.
6. Identify right placeholders in the ASR order submit process and service delivery to support order notifications and reporting like
a. Service Delivery Reporting - On Time Performance to Customer Desired Due Date
b. Service Delivery Reporting - % On Time Firm Order Confirmation
c. Service Delivery Reporting - Completion Interval From Receipt of Initial ASR
d. Service Delivery Reporting - Completion Interval From Clean ASR Receipt
e. Other SLA reports
