REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
High level of technical expertise combined with excellent planning, coordination and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in teams. Experience with relevant development tools and specific application and system architectures and guide the development process from beginning to end. Practitioners oversee the work of the entire IT team and must be appreciative of the needs of the user and translate them into flow charts for programmers to code.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply fundamental concepts, practices and procedures in related skillsets • Able to perform work that is varied and somewhat difficult in nature • Able to perform work with minimal to moderate supervision; able to apply and interpret business rules and concepts in daily work • 8-10 years of experience
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience with system implementations along with basic understanding of key concepts related to Software Development Life Cycle, Information Security, and Digital Transformation adoption. Hands on experience with low-code development in PowerApps application development and platform internals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels as well as ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Subject matter expert in PowerApps with ability to apply concepts & lead others • Able to plan, lead, & organize complex deliverables that provide options for an organization to make decisions against • For emerging skill sets, years of experience may matter less than depth of knowledge & expertise but traditionally may have 10 or more years of experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university in Computer Science or related field.

PowerApps Architect - AD level
Overseeing the application development team in identifying solution frameworks and high-level designs that align with end-user needs and company goals Communicating systems application strategies, roadmaps, and reference architectures to the technical team and executives to improve company capabilities and growth strategy Providing documentation, training and support to the organization to ensure the highest level of application design standards and security These professionals are responsible for ensuring that the final product meets user expectations and company standards.
Lead technical design sessions to define user experience, data definition, process / rules configuration, and integration for intelligent automation solutions. Lead the build, test, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using industry leading vendor technologies. Collaborate with diverse onshore / offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies, as it applies to Low-Code.
