Solutions Architect - IMPACT Technology Recruiting

Our client, located in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for an Senior Solutions Architect-People Systems on a Permanent basis.

Note:

• Onsite 2 days per week in Scottsdale, AZ, if not local, must be willing to relocate within 2-4 weeks of offer.
• No visa sponsorship available
• Not open to 3rd parties or Corp to Corp

Must haves:

• Must have at least 3+ years experience as

  a Solution architect

• 2+ years’ experience with People Systems background / experience (Kronos, Workday, Successfactors)

• Must have Experience in

  the HR domain

  – would still look at someone who’s interested in the space but needs the architect experience
• Must have experience with Integration with system and platform integration – some type of

  people system background

• Ability to design and develop new solutions as well as evaluate new platforms and systems and how they will integrate with existing environment

Day to Day:

• Work with EA team to do architectural diagrams and evaluate new platforms. Example: Use Kronos for timekeeping and evaluating where they’re going next for timekeeping.
• Need a solution architect to cover the whole space – come in and understand the platforms –

  enterprise architect, diagrams, the architectural patterns that need to be made – very technical

• Normal work hours are 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be necessary.
