Project Scope
Telephone Number Management Enhancements, including TN Porting, Directory Listings, 800 Toll Free

Responsibilities
Work closely with Enterprise Architects, Developers, Business Partners and Test team in creating Solution Design and component architecture.
Write SRD (Solution Requirement Documents), BRD (Business Requirements Documents), Use cases, User Stories and Impact Assessments.
Perform Business Analysis and Requirement Analysis
Design interfaces
Communicating the design to the business

Required Skills/Experience
8+ years experience
Must have strong solution design and architecture experience
Hardcore telephony experience
Experience with Local Number Portability and CLEC are required
5+ yrs. experience as an architect/designer.
5+ years experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Analysis, as well as demonstrated ability to solve end customers problems.
5+ years experience defining complex enterprise software requirements while working with a high number of application teams
Full life-cycle development in an enterprise development environment.
Agile
Ability to create cost-estimates and software/system development Business Cases.

Nice to Have Skills
Integration experience with the following vendors is highly desired: Nuestar, Intrado, Level 3
Familiarity with Commercial Services.
Familiarity with Order Management Systems
Prior experience within Comcast
