Job Summary:
We are seeking a Solution Architect to collaborate with customers and internal product teams to define and implement data and system architectures for Superwise and Supervvisor. You will design scalable, secure solutions that address complex customer requirements while aligning with our product strategy. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer focus, and strategic thinking to ensure our solutions are robust and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers and internal product teams to understand business workflows, data requirements, and system integration needs.
• Design and document data architectures, system workflows, and integration strategies for Superwise and Supervvisor, ensuring scalability and alignment with customer objectives.
• Develop and deploy custom enterprise solutions, leveraging our core product capabilities to meet unique client requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance to customers, ensuring best practices for integrating Superwise and Supervvisor into their existing systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure architectural designs align with technical roadmaps.
• Use GitLab and Notion to document system architectures, integration processes, and technical specifications.
• Develop technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, OpenAPI (Swagger) integration guides, and deployment workflows.
• Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations to validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying opportunities to enhance capabilities based on customer feedback and trends.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, or enterprise software design.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, API design, and integration strategies, including RESTful APIs, OpenAPI, and GraphQL.
• Expertise in designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms, focusing on scalability and security.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and tools like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data systems, relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Redis).
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable designs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using GitLab for CI/CD pipelines and source control.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI documentation tools, including Swagger and Postman.
• Knowledge of Notion for project documentation and collaboration.
• Experience with integration tools like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Background in data modeling and compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOC 2).

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation Range: $120,000-$165,000
